- Handle Service Desk escalations as needed.
- Responsible for Windows Server backups.
- Handle local network administration for 8 locations.
- Administer Microsoft Defender.
- Manage Microsoft Teams administration.
- Act as a liaison with third-party vendors for upgrade and migration projects.
- Extensive experience in IT service desk support and administration.
- Proficient in Windows Server management and backups.
- Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender and Teams administration.
- Ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors for IT projects.
The position requires a full-time commitment with standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
