Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Wenatchee, WA - Hybrid

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure that supports organizational goals. This position requires delivering exceptional service at all levels while ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and implement technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and systems.
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance management to support business growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
