Job Title: Technical Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)
Compensation: W2 only
Job Term: 6 months contract

About the Role:
- Partnered with a client looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead complex technology initiatives from concept to delivery within IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Business Systems team. You'll work cross-functionally with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of IT projects across infrastructure, operations, and business systems.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive project execution to meet business and technical requirements, on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams during architecture and design reviews to ensure feasibility and compliance with performance standards.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans by working closely with stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Deliver clear and timely communication on project status, dependencies, risks, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Simultaneously manage multiple complex technical projects with a strong focus on outcomes and business alignment.
- Continuously improve IT project delivery processes and contribute to the evolution of internal frameworks and best practices.
- Lead and support change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects meet internal compliance standards and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure and systems projects.
- Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and tools like ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and influence across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hybrid project environments.
