Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and audits.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
