Accounting Operations Manager

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join their team in North Carolina. This role involves managing all aspects of finance while assisting with operational and basic HR responsibilities. As a supervisory position, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the financial health and efficiency of the organization.

• Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with various operational tasks to support organizational goals and improve processes.
• Support basic HR responsibilities, ensuring smooth onboarding and employee relations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  
  

• Proven experience in financial management and operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

The position requires work from Monday to Friday, during the first shift hours.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000 per year, with minimal travel requirements. As a supervisory position, it provides opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
