- Pay: $80,000-$105,000 plus Bonus
- Hybrid/Remote (1 day/week remote)

Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals; assign tasks and ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures.
Coordinate and support audits (internal and external) and tax filings.
Mentor and train junior staff; provide performance feedback and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
