Ledgent is now hiring for a AP/AR Specialist to join a growing accounting team in North Haven! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, perfect for a numbers-driven, focused, collaborative individual looking to make their next career move! Position is fully on-site paying between $25-$30/hourly!
Responsibilities:
- Process external invoices & ACH payments daily
- Weekly check runs
- Investigate & resolve vendor issues promptly
- Analyze AR aging reports & resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in AP/AR
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
- Proficient in ERP systems & Excel
