✅ Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
✅ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
✅ Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
✅ Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
✔ 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
✔ Understanding of GAAP and AP best practices
✔ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
