What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR/Collections (Direct Hire! Up to $26/hour) position at Ledgent?
Ledgent has THREE clients looking to add AR Specialists to their team. These roles all invovle full-cycle AR but with an emphasis on B2B Collections (phone and email communication).
Locations are Chaska, Bloomington, and Saint Paul. All are on-site during training with 1x/week remote flexibility after getting up to speed.
Ideal backgrounds would be 1 years of A/R experience, comfortable making phone calls, and a willingness to learn!
Two direct hire. One temp to hire. Pay rates ranging from $24-$26/hour.
Job Description:
- Accurately applies payment receipts from lockbox deposits, ACH deposits, and non-Accounts Receivable payments.
- Applies and reconciles credit card transactions.
- Processes month end closing and prepares monthly AR aging reports.
- Processes NSF and chargeback information and notifies appropriate credit specialist.
- Manages relationships with ACH customers and completes customer's ACH forms.
- Reports payment discrepancies to appropriate credit specialist.
- Processes warranty credits and write-offs.
- Manages unreconciled payments for the bank at each branch location.
- Reports intercompany payments to brands and applies payments paid to other brands.
Qualications:
- 1 years of AR experience (collections, cash apps, or billing)
- Comfortable working on-site
- Willigness to learn and grow in a team envrionment
