Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join one of their clients in North Carolina. This role is essential in managing the financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the company.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Handling vendor management tasks and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- Exercising strong multi-tasking skills to manage various accounting tasks simultaneously.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities and ensuring timely financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in vendor management and relationship building.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The position requires availability from Monday through Friday, during standard business hours on the first shift.
The position offers competitive compensation with a pay range of $31 to $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
