Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant with extensive tax expertise to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Oversee tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and enhance financial efficiency.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct tax research and interpret laws to assess their impact on the company's operations.
- Assist with tax audits and coordinate responses to tax authorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions, including deferred tax calculations.
- Analyze financial data to identify potential tax-saving opportunities and risks.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling tax-related accounts.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
