Ledgent Accounting has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst in the Milford, NH area. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably, with a manufacturing industry background.
Role: Financial Analyst (Direct Hire)
Location: Milford, NH Area (100% On-Site)
Pay: $85,000-$90,000 (Plus Bi-Annual Bonus)

Premise:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation, coordination and documentation of financial analysis projects, providing analysis for future business projects.
Job Duties:
· Development of various complex types of financial models to value target companies for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
· Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
· Provide recommendations for product offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Provide supporting analytics for strategic divisional projects
- Collaborate with business unit and divisional accounting departments to ensure the correct representation of financial statements
- Assist the President with projects as needed
- Prepare reports and present results to management
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field)
· 3 years of relevant experience
· Experience required in manufacturing, industrial or distribution
· Resourceful: Must be able to learn quick and think critically
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· High attention to detail
· Project management skills
