Job Title : Financial Analyst

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting , and expertise in cash reconciliations and financial reporting . This role will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis & Reporting :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP .
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Generate variance analyses and provide insights on financial performance.
Cash & Account Reconciliations :
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cash accounts and bank statements.Assist in monitoring cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial operations.Budgeting & Forecasting :
Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Track key financial metrics and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze financial data.Compliance & Process Improvement :
Ensure financial processes comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements .Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting efficiency.Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting.Strong knowledge of cash reconciliations and financial reporting .Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and financial software ( SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ).Understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.CPA, CFA, or CMA certification (or working towards certification) is a plus.Desired Skills and Experience
