Payroll Specialist - up to 6 months

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for a temporary position lasting 3 to 6 months. This part-time (25 hour a week) role, located in Livermore, offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support the payroll process for approximately 500 employees.

• Collaborate on payroll processing using Kronos and ADP systems.
• Check and correct errors to ensure accurate payroll runs.
• Assist with approvals and double-checking for errors, supporting the lead payroll processor.
• Maintain and manage Kronos Time Management and ADP Workforce Now (WFN) systems effectively.
• Work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
