Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Corona/ Riverside (100% on-site)
Pay Rate: up to $40 per hour
Schedule: M-F, 8 - 5
Type: Temp to hire
Duties:
Enter job costing and perform data inputting with accuracy.
AIA Billing
Manage and oversee Accounts receivable & accounts payable.
Monitor financial processes and oversee expenditures for accuracy.
Prepares checks and compliance documentation for vendors and tradespeople.
Produces reports from Quick books and other industry specific software.
Produce P&L and Balance sheets as needed and work with management and CPA.
Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.
Vendors for insurance carriers- multiple vendor payments
