- Oversee and manage the general accounting month end functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Back up for payroll and review payroll for final processing
- Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Assist with coordination and complete annual audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
- Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
