What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior AP Specialist (full-cycle): $60-$70k/annually position at Ledgent?
Ledgent is partnering with a growing company in the west metro adding a more senior level AP candidate to their team. This is a direct hire role and you MUST LIVE LOCALLY (on-site in the west metro).

The role itself:
- Receive invoices, sort and scan into our system according to purchase orders, subcontracts and customer
- Enter subcontract invoices and process payments
- Review unapproved/rejected invoices, solicit correct information and enter into the system
- Maintaining Vendor accounts
- Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of activity in GL accounts and monthly reconciliations
- Leveraging technology
What's needed:
- Experience over education! Ideally 6 years of full-cycle A/P experience (1099's, month-end, Sales & Use Tax, etc.)
- Willing to pivot/assist where needed
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's)
- Team player - everyone gets along well
