We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. The role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing financials, and international experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions, including cost analysis, profitability, and capital investments.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, pricing, and profitability, providing actionable insights to management for cost control and process improvements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports to monitor key financial performance metrics, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to provide financial insights and recommendations that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive profitability.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with internal reporting timelines and guidelines.
- Assist in strategic financial planning, including long-term capital investment strategies, cash flow management, and financial risk analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making on new projects, initiatives, and business opportunities.
- Evaluate financial performance across international operations and analyze global financial trends for the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- International experience and understanding of global financial principles and regulations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
