In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day general ledger (GL) accounting activities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial statements and perform variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
You're a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with interdepartmental accounting and cost allocations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Experience mentoring team members and providing guidance
- Solid knowledge of GAAP principles and best practices
