What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Manager position at Ledgent?
A small, growing financial services company in Los Angeles is looking for a Treasury Manager on a hybrid schedule. While managing a small team, the Treasury Manager will manage and analyze bank collateral, process and perform cash flow reporting and consolidations, lead policy and procedure enhancement, as well as oversee wire transfers and money market payments. The Treasury Manager will help lead treasury management system (TMS) system implementation, drive process automation, and develop interest rates and interest schedule reporting protocol. The Treasury Manager will also collaborate with merchants and finance teams on various initiatives, assist with administering banking deposits, analyze debt schedules, and track asset / liability reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- CTP, MBA, or CFA are ideal.
- At least seven years of treasury experience.
- Strong history of developing treasury operations processes is essential.
- Must have exceptional leadership, technical, and communication skills.
- Treasury management systems (TMS) implementation is required.
- 130 - 160k bonus.
