- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Oversee shift management tasks, including scheduling, training new employees, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in food production and preparation as needed, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and kitchen management techniques.
- Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or catering environments is preferred.
