LEDtronics, a family-run, 40 year industry leader and pioneer in LED manufacturing, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers hourly pay, commission, and benefits, with endless growth potential as you work with our vast customer base and contribute to our continued success.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Inside Sales experience in an office environment, with closing skills.
  • B2B, commercial / industrial experience highly preferred.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong multitasking ability is a must.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Professionally handle incoming calls / emails from current and prospective customers.
  • Work with new & existing clients via phone and email to develop sales.
  • Process Purchase Orders from customers.
  • Meet / maintain / exceed sales goals for assigned territories.
  • Utilize the company's CRM for detailed internal reports for all clients.
  • Understand and maintain the KPI assigned by the company to stay in communication with clients and meet sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company, its product line, customer base, and industry.
  • Work closely with outside reps & customer service to further assist clients with their projects in assigned territories.
  • Qualify and follow through on all opportunities and sample with clients.
  • Perform others duties as assigned.
