ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Packaging Designer with a strategic mindset and experience in package design and production processes. This role emphasizes implementing international packaging layouts and supporting the Sales team with line reviews and mockup creation. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous growth and excellence in design.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Packaging Production : Create and update packaging layouts across multiple product categories.
- Mockup Creation : Build in-house mockups to support line reviews and customer requests.
- Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance Assurance : Ensure packaging graphics comply with R&D, Legal, and QA standards, with accurate copy verification.
- Vendor Communication : Collaborate directly with global print companies, understanding and meeting their requirements to prepare mechanical, print-ready files.
- Design Collaboration : Work closely with the Head of Creative and Brand and Senior Designers to align deliverables with design expectations and objectives.
- Pre-Production Processes : Proof, pre-flight, prepare, and press check files for production, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- File Management : Maintain and organize all design files systematically for easy access and updates.
