We are seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing organization. As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Working directly with our Chief Banking Officer, you'll be responsible for designing, compiling, populating, and interpreting data management reports for each business line. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; proven experience : 5 years in finance or data management, with a preference for banking experience; proficiency in BI tools and data visualization techniques; strong ability to work with diverse teams. Location : Hybrid role based in Concord, New London, or the Upper Valley of NH. This position is not fully remote.
