We are hiring a Residential Mortgage Banker to actively secure new residential mortgage business. This role involves using a consultative and relationship-based approach to meet defined loan quality and production goals while supporting Ledyard's various lines of business. As part of this ongoing sales position, the Residential Mortgage Banker is responsible for building, nurturing, and sustaining a reliable network of professional relationships that consistently generate referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience), at least 3 years' experience in a financial institution or loan office, National Mortgage Licensing System qualification, strong lending policy knowledge, and expertise in residential real estate and secondary market lending practices. Location: Upper Valley, Concord and Bedford, NH.
