Salary: $31.46 - $36.06 per hour

Position Summary:

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Owner and Office Manager, the Graphic Designer will provide marketing and creative support to ensure our brand and client materials consistently reflect our high standards. This position will handle various design tasks from concept through to execution, working closely with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in editing and formatting photos and video content
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate terminology, sale / leasing process and assets is highly valued
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Understanding of web design principles is a plus
• Strong visual design and corporate branding knowledge
• Portfolio submission required for consideration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the team
• Design marketing materials within brand standards, including property brochures, proposals, presentations, tour packages, email blasts, and more
• Actively contribute creative ideas and input in team meetings
• Produce attractive and effective print media, adhering to brand guidelines
• Implement feedback from senior team members to refine and enhance designs
• Assist in managing listing information within internal and external platforms

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
• Experience using Matterport for 3D virtual tours
• Skilled in photography

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years in graphic design, ideally within the Commercial Real Estate industry
• 5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
