Responsibilities
Able to respond quickly to calls from management and tenant complaints. Preform handyman work at our commercial buildings consisting of but not limited to: cleaning and hand pick of property, minor plumbing, minor electrical issues, sheetrock and painting experience, flooring (carpet/tile) experience, etc.
Company vehicle, and cell phone are provided with excellent benefits offered.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are required. Certifications is a plus!
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
