Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and relationship management, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on commercial real estate.
Duties
- Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and collaboration.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok) to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging.
- Develop a dynamic Social Operations Playbook that outlines processes for publishing, social creative specifications, engagement guidelines, and more to standardize our social media operations across all channels.
- Oversee the execution of all social media posts and campaigns including development, editing, approval, and monitoring across all owned social channels
- Suggest and implement new features to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across all social media accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong skills in content creation, including photography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Buffer is preferred for creating visually appealing content.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with audiences and partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Search engine marketing experience
- Ability to conduct effective social listening to gauge audience sentiment and feedback.
