Automotive Parts Shipper/Receiver
Schedule- Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
No Nights! No Weekends!
Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming parts orders
- Reconcile invoices and packing slips
- Prepare documents such as a bill of lading, and shipping orders
- Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment
- File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts
- Update and maintain parts inventory information in the dealership system
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience with UPS and FedEx online shipping programs
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and a self-starter
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
