Manager / Estimator- Body Shop
Salary Range : $75,000 to $100,000
Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Based on Experience

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our collision center in Auburn; this is an exceptional opportunity to join a busy, growing body shop! If you have 2 years of prior collision center or manager or estimator experience, we want to talk with you. Apply TODAY!
As a Manager / Estimator, you are the liaison between customers, employees and insurance adjusters. Primary responsibilities include :
- Meet and greet customers to ensure outstanding customer service
- Appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair
- Develop itemized work orders, listing the cost of all parts and labor
- Counsel technicians on repair options
- Work with the parts department to ensure correct parts are available
- Maintain contact with customers, technicians, and insurance companies throughout the repair process
