Estimator Job Description:
- Responsible for Specification Divisions 6,10,11, and 12
- Analyze and interpret construction documents
- Perform quantity and labor take off
- Prepare prime and non-prime bids in timely and accurate manner
- Establish scope of work for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Estimate direct-to-owner work through Lee Company Territory Managers
- Provide design assistance to architects and engineers on Lee Company products
- Familiarity with project delivery types: IE, DBD, CMA, CMC, DB
- Assist Project Management Team with submittals, ASIs and Change Orders
- Experience in Timberline Estimating (or similar software) is preferred but not required
Estimator Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or similar field of study
- Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents
- AUTOCAD & REVIT experience
- Prefer Bluebeam experience
- Exceptional quantitative skills
- Outstanding research and proposal writing skills
- Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken
- LEED AP or Green Building Associate is a plus
- Salary based upon experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
