**Job Title:** Commercial/Industrial Technician
FM2, Lee Company's facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Commercial/Industrial Technicians.
This position involves the maintenance and repairs of all facets of a customer's industrial facility, including buildings, equipment, and site. Responsibilities will include the installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of client process equipment, conveyance systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment and systems, as well as basic carpentry tasks, including both prevention and corrective maintenance.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
