Education and Certification
* Valid trade license and certification in HVAC technology
* Completion of a post-secondary program in HVAC technology or a related field
Skills and Abilities
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
Work Environment
* Work is performed primarily in a shop setting, with some travel to customer sites required
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly
