The Lee Company seeks a highly skilled and experienced executive to lead our core construction services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety awareness, financial performance, and strategic direction of our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring top-notch safety practices and procedures are in place across all projects
- Driving financial growth and profitability through effective project management and resource allocation
- Assigning and closing out projects while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Recruiting and managing field employees and managers, with a focus on talent development and succession planning
- Leveraging expertise to provide high-level strategic sales support and drive business growth
- Providing strategic leadership to staff and resourcing the Special Projects Group
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Finance
- At least 8 years of experience in construction and/or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with ability to learn company-specific applications and software
- Proven track record of successful field operations experience in the construction industry
