About the Role:
This role is responsible for ensuring safety awareness, driving both top and bottom-line financial performance, overseeing project assignments and closeouts, and strategically leading staff within the Special Projects Group.
The responsibilities include recruiting field employees and managers, managing high-level strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring proper resourcing for projects.
Requirements:
- A Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor's License
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred
- 8 or more years construction and/or account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in the use of company-specific applications and software
- Field operations experience in the construction industry
