**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Lee Company as a sheet metal apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for performing fabrication, assembly, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Fabricating, assembling, altering, and repairing sheet metal products and equipment
- Working from blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Maintaining a safe working environment
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication
- A detail-oriented approach
- The ability to safely lift and/or maneuver items as required
- A working knowledge of sheet metal products and equipment
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
