Job Summary
Lee Company offers complete facility solutions services of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance for commercial facilities throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Our team has built its reputation on trust, honesty, employee safety, and excellence since 1944.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach.
- Provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of trade-specific equipment repairs/replacements.
- Recommend repairs/replacements based on industry analysis, cost comparison, customer application, and organizational goals.
- Use a consultative selling approach and execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required.
- At least one year of sales experience in the same or similar field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial trade being applied for.
- Client relations skills.
- Working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to be trained in the use of company-specific software and technology.
