**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial HVAC Service.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in performing maintenance and service for our commercial HVAC customers, utilizing our technology, technical capability, and exceptional customer service to provide customer-first solutions.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of technicians in performing maintenance and service for commercial HVAC customers

- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- At least 8 years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
