We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our facilities management operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion of work orders, manage manpower, and provide excellent customer service.
This role involves managing the Chattanooga and North Georgia service area regions. A Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor's License is preferred.
Key qualifications include:
- 5-10 years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical
- Business management degree with 3-5 years of industry experience
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, including the ability to manage themselves and a small group of employees. They will also be able to communicate effectively with dispatch to manage workforce allocation.
