Summary of Job: Perform entry-level fabrication, assembly, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate sheet metal products and equipment from blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Assemble, alter, and repair sheet metal products and equipment as required.
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Entry-level experience required – less than 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow directions easily.
- Must be able to safely lift and/or maneuver items as required.
- Must possess a working knowledge of sheet metal products and equipment.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team.
