Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on various commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all field activities on assigned projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and materials.
- Maintain project schedule, identify and resolve delays or issues proactively.
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, architects, and field personnel.
- Monitor and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on constructability and logistics.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, means, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile reporting apps.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
