Responsibilities:
- Lead carpentry projects effectively and efficiently
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Monitor, and report daily work progress through written summaries and job site pictures
- Responsible for developing and training apprentices
- Communicate with other departments to perform tasks at hand
- Assist with coordination of materials, labor and equipment
- Ensure all safety policies and quality standards are followed
- Work with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of carpentry experience
- Foreman experience required
- Rough and finishing experience
- Metal stud and framing experience
- Drywall, tiling, and drop ceilings experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- In-Depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Heavy equipment experience a plus
