Responsibilities:
- Complete welding projects from work orders, calculated requirements, and determined welding techniques
- Fit and weld structural fabrication projects for installation at customer facilities
- Fit and weld per blueprint, drawing specifications, and/or instructions
- Complete daily fabrication duties in support of department needs
- Complete projects while maintaining compliance with codes, specifications, and drawings
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Hard working, ability to learn and retain information
- ARC welding experience preferred but not required
- Familiar with shop/fabrication drawing and blue print interpretation preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain equipment preferred by not required
- Applicable welding certifications preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
