Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Answer callbox for visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Check in all visitors, ensure completion of a logbook and ensure visitors are properly escorted
- Receive and sort incoming mail and internal documentation such as certifications for field personnel.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory of the supply closet.
- Distribute company-wide notifications for HR/Security purposes.
- Schedule interviews
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
