Customer Service Representative

Lee County Plumbing and Well Service is looking to expand their customer service team, and would like a positive, team oriented, energetic individual to make an impact with the customers we serve. Attention to detail is a must in the role, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities is a critical success factor. The selected candidate must pass a background and drug test to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and schedule service appointments and sales as needed
• Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause and providing appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Verify all data in database is accurate and updated as needed.
• Verify satisfaction and gain referral and retention business.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Collaborate within your department and across others to verify exceptional service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Attend all assigned meetings.
• Available to perform duties on all scheduled shifts start to finish with the exception of scheduled absences.
