North Trail RV has an immediate opening for a RV Parts Coordinator. The ideal candidate for the RV Parts Coordinator position is excellent at managing and maintaining a stock of spare parts, managing back orders, and quoting prices to customers. The RV Parts Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining vendor relations and ensuring invoices and shipments are handles promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Maintaining accurate inventory of RV parts. Ensuring parts are readily available for customer needs. Identifying and ordering necessary parts to meet demand. Managing backorders and following up on outstanding orders.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests and answering phone calls. Providing accurate information about parts availability and pricing. Assisting guests in identifying and ordering the correct parts. Work counter in retail store handling funds.
- Vendor Relations: Working with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. Maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Resolving any issues related to invoices, shipments, or billing.
- Administrative Tasks: Processing orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Maintaining a clean and organized parts inventory area. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Other Duties: Determining needs and specifying parts accurately. Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
Requirements:
- Truck and/or RV parts experience is necessary.
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday. Reliable attendance is a must!
