- North Trail RV is looking for a Sales Receptionist to serve as an initial contact for all callers into the organization. The Sales Receptionist answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.
Responsibilities:
- Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location
- Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Composes and types routine correspondence as required.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
- Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
