Responsibilities:
Residential Specialists at Lee County Youth Development Center are responsible for providing direct residential care services to youth that require a variety of social, emotional, behavioral and supportive/therapeutic interventions. Specialists are to supervise, observe, and ensure the security of residents and assist with clients basic living/personal care. MUST BE 21 .
ACTIVE physical supervision and support of youth in care is primary responsibility.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social or Human Services field and/or education equivalent to four year college degree required.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: One set day off during the week, Rotating Weekends.
