What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrative Assistant position at Lee Electrical Construction?
We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Department. In this important role, you will coordinate the submissions of weekly timesheets on behalf of crew leaders, process vacation requests and data entry into various systems, as well as manage spreadsheets and reporting, as needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (word and excel) required for consideration.
Essential Functions:
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
- Reporting and spreadsheet management required.
Education
- High School diploma /GED equivalent
- 2-3 years of relative experience in a similar role
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Must be a highly motivated, dependable, and focused professional
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and related computer software
- Must be able to work well with various cross-functional teams
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to accomplish work and prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts
- Possess the ability to analyze and present data effectively
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time hourly position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
