Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office procedures and be familiar with HIPAA regulations. Experience in Ostomy care, Epic software, and working in a Level II Trauma Center is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with procedures such as ostomy care and sonography as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Experience
- Previous experience in ICU, hospital medicine, or home care settings preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric care is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities is beneficial
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,160.00 per week
